Did you receive parole in Virginia through the Fishback provision of SB-793?

RIHD, INC. is seeking individuals who were granted parole under this eligibility criteria. We welcome you home. As the founder of the position paper and leader of the advocacy effort that led to the law enabling your freedom, we would appreciate it if you could identify yourself or know of someone who was granted parole under this provision. We need to speak with you to continue our efforts in supporting those who remain incarcerated.

Please contact Lillie (Ms K) Branch-Kennedy, Founder, on the web here or at (804) 426-4426.
