NLS (National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled – Library of Congress) is a free braille and talking book library service for people with temporary or permanent low vision, blindness or a physical disability that prevents them from reading or holding the printed page. Legal Services offices across the state offer pro bono (free) help for low-income individuals facing civil (noncriminal) legal problems. Call 866-534-5243 to reach your local legal aid office and confirm your eligibility.
